1 Eligibility & Age Requirement

2 Account Register

Only one account is permitted per person. Opening multiple accounts under the same name is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found operating from the same IP address or device, all accounts will be closed.

• Your mobile number and email address must be active and belong to you personally.
• Keep your account password strong and never share it with anyone.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to any third party.

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, x1x may request proof of identity or address at any time. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification has not been completed.

3 Deposits & Payments

You can deposit to x1x using mobile banking, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods. All deposits must come from your own account — third-party funds are not permitted.

• The minimum deposit amount is determined by the terms of the relevant payment method.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly; if there is any delay, please contact support.

4 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw from x1x, your account must be fully verified. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 business hours, though additional verification requirements may cause delays in some cases.

• Withdrawals are always returned via the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Minimum withdrawal limits apply; please check the platform for details.
• Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Multiple large withdrawals within a short period may require additional verification.

6 Gaming Rules

• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) — there is no possibility of manipulation.
• If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection, the system will automatically determine the outcome.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting software bugs or technical glitches will be voided.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on x1x. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
